The Smallest Bird in the Village

In a village surrounded by green fields, flowers, and shining trees, many small birds lived. Among them was the tiniest bird, with delicate wings and a small body.

Because of its small size and limited strength, it sometimes caused minor disturbances — nibbling on flowers in the fields, interfering with small tasks, or creating little confusion. At first, the villagers ignored it. “It’s so small, it can’t be a real problem,” they said. But over time, even small actions affected everyone.

One evening, a wise sage sat by the village pond and spoke gently, in a childlike voice:
“Every living being is important. Nothing is too small. When you respect and help it, even the tiniest creature can live happily.”

The villagers took his advice to heart. They provided the little bird with food and safe places to rest. The bird became friendly and lived peacefully among them.

It sang joyful songs across the village. Children watched it playfully, and adults treated it kindly. The village became harmonious again.
