ఉద్యోగం అంటేనే software అనే రేంజ్ లో ఎదిగిపోయిన ఈ sector కోసం అందరూ engineering లో CSE, IT branch లలో చేరిపోయి, చదువు అయిపోగానే అమీర్ పేటకు బ్యాగులు సర్దేసుకుని, ఏ naresh technologies లోనో, kalyan IT లోనో చేరి, జావాలు, .net లూ, ఒరాకిళ్ళు, మిరాకిళ్ళు, AWS లూ, DBA లూ, cloud లూ, sky లూ, పిండాకూడులూ, శ్రార్ధాలు అన్నీ నేర్చేసుకుని ఉద్యోగాలు రాక, back door లో నుండో, side door నుండో కూడా ప్రయత్నించి.. అక్కడ కూడా కుదరక ఏ బ్యాగునైతే సర్దుకుని అమీర్ పేటదాకా వచ్చారో, అదే అమీర్ పేటలో బస్సెక్కి జీవితంపైన నిరాశతో ఊరికి వెళ్లిపోయిన నిరుద్యోగులు "లక్షల్లోనే"..

ఇంటర్మీడియట్ రాగానే ఊపిరి పీల్చుకోలేని ఒత్తిడిని చూపించే మనది తప్పు..
10 లక్షల మందికి పైగా EAMCET exam రాస్తే కనీసం 5000 మంది కూడా top colleges లో చేరలేని దౌర్భాగ్యం..
ఏదో చెప్పేసి మిమ్మల్ని డైలమాలో పడేద్దామని కాదు..

పిల్లలను engineering చెయ్యి, medicine చదువు, నువ్వు పోలీస్ కావాలి, CA చెయ్యాలి.. అది నాకు ఇష్టం, మీ తాత కల, దాంట్లో డబ్బులు బాగా వస్తాయి అంటూ మన వ్యక్తిగత ఇష్టాలను వాళ్లపై రుద్దితే, ఫలితం ఇలానే... రోడ్లపైకి వచ్చి, చుట్టూ ఉన్న దిక్కుమాలిన సంతతో...మీ అబ్బాయి ఏమి చేస్తున్నాడు, ఇంకా ఉద్యోగం రాలేదా? ఇంకా settle అవ్వలేదా లాంటి ప్రత్యక్ష నరకాన్ని ప్రతీ క్షణం అనుభవించేలా చేస్తుంది!

Today, it feels like:
Everyone must study B.Tech or Medicine.
Everyone must become a software engineer.
Everyone must write DSC exams.
Everyone must prepare for bank exams.
In the end,
Everyone must get a job.
But let’s think practically.
In a country of 130 crore people, with more than 30 crore
youth — is it possible for everyone to get a job?
Even if we consider just 3% of them — that’s about one crore
people.
Can we realistically create one crore jobs so easily?
Even national leaders who promised massive job creation have
struggled. It is not simple.
Let’s leave the national level aside.
Let’s talk about our own Telugu states.
Government Jobs – The Reality
How often do DSC (teacher) notifications actually come? Once
in three years? Even that is uncertain.
Group 1 and Group 2 exams drag on for years. Some results
end up in court cases.
Thousands prepare for bank exams in coaching centers. Many
spend years trying.
For one constable notification, you’ll find postgraduate and
even M.Tech graduates practicing 5 km running in the ground.
Ph.D. holders have applied for small revenue officer posts.
What does this show?
The problem is bigger than we think.

The Software Dream
Private jobs?
Today, “job” almost means “software.”
Students rush into CSE and IT branches. After graduation,
they pack their bags and head to Ameerpet for training.
They learn Java, .NET, Oracle, AWS, cloud technologies, and
more.
They try campus placements.
They try referrals.
They try backdoor entries.
And many still return home disappointed.
Lakhs of young people are stuck in this cycle.
Who Is Responsible?
The uncomfortable answer is — we are.
At 2½ years old, we push children into play schools.
Some schools advertise IIT coaching from 4th grade.
Children who can barely write properly are pushed toward
entrance exams.
Why?
Because as parents, we panic.
We see big banners: IIT, E-learning, Techno Schools.
We believe marketing more than our child’s individuality.
By intermediate, students can’t even breathe properly due to
pressure.
Lakhs write entrance exams like EAMCET, but only a few
thousand get into top colleges.
The rest? They feel like failures.
Look at Developed Countries
Have you seen massive IIT-style coaching factories in
countries like the US, UK, or Australia?
No.
Why?
Because children are not constantly pressured with:
“Study more.”
“Get marks.”
“Get rank.”
“Get a job.”
“Earn money.”
Instead, they are encouraged to discover what they are good
at.
They are guided toward life skills, creativity, and practical knowledge.
That is their strength.
What Education Really Means
Long ago, education meant:
- Wisdom
- Discipline
- Humility
- Understanding
the world
- The
courage to face problems
It prepared a person for life — not just for employment.
But over time, education became limited to producing
employees.
Now we force children:
“Become an engineer.”
“Study medicine.”
“Become a police officer.”
“Do CA.”
Not because the child wants it —
but because it is our dream, or our ego, or society’s pressure.
And later we ask:
“Your son still doesn’t have a job?”
“Hasn’t he settled yet?”
That becomes a living hell for both parents and children.
The Truth
Education is not for a job.
Education is for knowledge.
Education is understanding the world.
Education is learning how to live.
Education is life itself.
If we allow children to discover their strengths, support
their interests, and guide them wisely instead of forcing them — we will build
confident individuals, not stressed job-seekers.
That is the change we need.
