*i) శ్రీహరి గుర్తుకు రావాలి*

*ii) భూమికి నమస్కరించాలి*

*iii) అరచేతిలో లక్ష్మీదేవిని చూడాలి*

*4) స్నానం చేస్తుంటే గంగా/యమునా నదులు గుర్తుకు రావాలి*

*5) దేవుడి దీపం వెలిగించేటప్పుడు - జ్యోతి స్వరూపుడైన అయ్యప్ప స్వామి గుర్తుకు రావాలి*

*6) కూరగాయలు/పండ్లు చూసినప్పుడు వరుణ దేవుడు గుర్తుకు రావాలి*

*7) వంట చేస్తుంటే అగ్ని దేవుడు గుర్తుకు రావాలి*

*8) అన్నం తింటుంటే ,కడుపులో ఉన్న వైశ్వానరుడు గుర్తుకు రావాలి*

*9) మంచి నీళ్ళు త్రాగెటప్పుడు,జల రూపంలో ఉన్న శివుడు గుర్తుకు రావాలి*

*10) ఊపిరి తీస్తుంటే,గాలిలో వాయు రూపమైన శ్రీకాళహస్తీశ్వరుడు గుర్తుకు రావాలి*

*11) పసి పిల్లలను చూసినప్పుడు ఈశ్వర మాయ గుర్తుకు రావాలి*

*12) వృద్ధులను చూసినప్పుడు జీవితం యొక్క పరమార్థం గుర్తుకు రావాలి*

*13) కనిపించే ప్రతీ స్త్రీలో అమ్మవారు గుర్తుకు రావాలి*

*14) విశ్వాన్ని చూసినప్పుడల్లా విశ్వనాథుడు గుర్తుకు రావాలి*

*15) నిద్ర పోయేటప్పుడు,స్వల్ప కాలిక లయం చేసే పరమ శివుడు గుర్తుకు రావాలి*

*అంతటా శివుడు కనిపిస్తున్నప్పుడు - నువ్వు నిజమైన పూజ చేశావు అని గుర్తు.

• Remember Shri Hari (Vishnu)
• Bow and touch the ground in reverence
• In your right hand, visualize Goddess Lakshmi

2) While bathing:

• Recall the holy rivers, Ganga and Yamuna

3) Lighting a lamp (deepam):

• Remember Ayyappa Swami, the embodiment of light

4) Seeing vegetables or fruits:

• Remember Varuna Deva, the Lord of waters and abundance

5) While cooking:

• Recall Agni Deva, the fire God

6) Eating food:

• Remember Vaishvanara, God residing in your stomach

7) Drinking water:

• Recall Shiva in the form of water

8) Breathing:

• Remember Sri Kalahasteeshwara, the air element

9) Seeing babies:

• Recall Ishwara Maya, the divine play of God

10) Seeing elders:

• Contemplate the ultimate purpose of life and the path of dharma

11) Seeing women:

• Remember Divine Mother in every woman

12) Seeing the universe/nature:

• Recall Vishwanatha, the Lord of the Universe

13) Before sleep:

• Remember Paramashiva, the eternal consciousness, during brief meditation

 

Key Point: If you maintain this awareness of God in all actions and moments, you have performed true worship.
