ఒకానొక గుట్ట మీద చిన్న పల్లెటూరు. ఒక రైతు, తన చిన్న కొడుకుని గొర్రెలు కాయటానికి తనతో తీసుకెళ్లాడు. పిల్లవాడిని గొర్రెలు చూస్తూ ఉండమని, తోడేలు వస్తే వెంటనే అరవమని చెప్పి, రైతు కొద్ది దూరంలోఉన్న తన పొలం లో పని చేసుకోడానికి వెళ్ళాడు.

కొంతసేపటికి ఆ పిల్లాడికి ఏమీ తోచలేదు. 

నాన్నా వాళ్ళని ఆటపట్టించాలని ,”బాబోయ్ తోడేలు, అదిగో తోడేలు,” అంటూ గట్టిగా అరిచాడు. అది వింటూనే ఖంగారుగా రైతు, మిత్రులు కర్రలు పట్టుకుని పరిగెత్తుకొచ్చి, “ఏది తోడేలు?” అని అడిగారు. 

పిల్లాడు పక పక నవ్వుతు, “అబ్బె , ఉత్తినే అరిచా!” అన్నాడు. “ఇలా ఉత్తిత్తినే అరవకు. 

మా పని పాడుచెయ్యకని” మందలించి రైతు వెళ్ళిపోయాడు.

కాస్సేపటికి మళ్ళీ కొంటె గా, “బాబోయ్ తోడేలు” అని పెద్దగా అరవటం, మళ్ళీవాళ్ళంతా కర్రలతో పరిగెట్టుకు రావటం, పిల్ల వాడు మళ్ళీ పెద్దగా నవ్వుతూ “బ్బే !ఉత్తినే అరిచా” అనటం జరిగిపోయింది. 

“ఇలా ఆకతాయి పనులు చేస్తే నిన్ను ఎవ్వరు నమ్మరు” అంటూకేకలేసి మళ్ళీ తమ పనిలో నిమగ్నమయ్యారు.

కాస్సేపట్లో నిజంగానే ఒక తోడేలు వచ్చి ఒక గొర్రె పిల్ల మీద కి దూకింది. 

కుర్రాడు భయంతో గట్టిగా “నాన్నా! బాబోయ్ తోడేలు గొర్రెని చంపేస్తోంది, రండి తొందరగా రండి,” అంటూ పెద్దగా ఆరవ సాగాడు. 

“ఈ ఆకతాయి పిల్లడు మళ్ళీ అరుస్తున్నాడు,” అని వాణ్ని పట్టించుకోలేదు రైతు. 

తోడేలు గొర్రె పిల్లని నోటకరుచుకుని అడవిలోకి ఈడ్చుకు పోయింది. 

పిల్లాడు ఒక పొద పక్కన కూర్చొని భయంతో ఏడుస్తూ కనిపించాడు.

పని ముగించుకుని వచ్చిన రైతు కొడుకు ఏడుస్తూ ఉండటం చూసి, “ఎందుకు ఏడుస్తున్నావని?” అడిగాడు. 

తండ్రిని చూడగానే “తోడేలు వచ్చిందని గట్టిగా అరచినా మీరెందుకు రాలేదు, తోడేలు గొర్రె పిల్లని చంపి ఎత్తుకు పోయింది. 

నేను భయంతో ఇక్కడ కూర్చుండిపోయా. ఎందుకు రాలేదు?” అన్నాడు కోపంగా. 

దానికి రైతు “అబద్దాలాడే వాడి మాట ఎవ్వరు నమ్మరు, పట్టించుకోరు,” అని చెప్పి ఓదార్చి, మిగిలిన గొర్రెలని తోలుకుని ఇద్దరూ ఇంటికి పోయారు.

కథ యొక్క నీతి: 

అబద్దాలాడేవాళ్ళని ఎవ్వరూ విశ్వసించరు. వాళ్ళు నిజం చెప్పినా ఎవ్వరూ నమ్మరు.

A small village on a mound. A farmer took his youngest son with him to herd sheep. The farmer went to work on his farm a short distance away, telling the boy to look after the sheep and howl as soon as the wolf came.

For a while the child felt nothing. "Baboy wolf, that's a wolf," cried Nanna, teasing them. On hearing this, the farmer and his friends grabbed the sticks and ran away. "Which wolf?" Asked. The boy laughed and said, "Abbey, Uttine Aricha!" Said. "It simply came to our notice then. Do not spoil our work, ”the farmer rebuked and left.

Cassette was naughty again, shouting "Baboy wolf", all of them came running with sticks, and the kid laughed out loud again and said "Bbey! Uttine Aricha". "No one will believe you if you do such stupid things," he said and resumed his work.

In the casket actually a wolf came and jumped on a lamb. The boy shouted in fear “Nanna! Baboy the wolf is killing the sheep, come quickly come, ”said the sixth great. "This brat is screaming again," said the farmer, ignoring the voice. The wolf stared at the lamb and dragged it into the forest. The child was seen sitting next to a bush and crying in fear.

When the farmer's son came home from work, he saw her crying and asked, "Why are you crying?" Asked. When he saw his father, he said, “Why did you not shout that the wolf had come? I sat here in fear. Why not? ” Said angrily. The farmer said, "No one believes or cares about the liar," and consoled him, and the two sheep went home.

The moral of the story: No one believes liars. No one will believe if they tell the truth.

Okānoka guṭṭa mīda cinna palleṭūru. Oka raitu, tana cinna koḍukuni gorrelu kāyaṭāniki tanatō tīsukeḷlāḍu. Pillavāḍini gorrelu cūstū uṇḍamani, tōḍēlu vastē veṇṭanē aravamani ceppi, raitu koddi dūranlō'unna tana polaṁ lō pani cēsukōḍāniki veḷḷāḍu.

Kontasēpaṭiki ā pillāḍiki ēmī tōcalēdu. Nānnā vāḷḷani āṭapaṭṭin̄cālani,”bābōy tōḍēlu, adigō tōḍēlu,” aṇṭū gaṭṭigā aricāḍu. Adi viṇṭūnē khaṅgārugā raitu, mitrulu karralu paṭṭukuni parigettukocci, “ēdi tōḍēlu?” Ani aḍigāru. Pillāḍu paka paka navvutu, “abbe, uttinē aricā!” Annāḍu. “Ilā uttittinē aravaku. Mā pani pāḍuceyyakani” mandalin̄ci raitu veḷḷipōyāḍu.

Kās'sēpaṭiki maḷḷī koṇṭe gā, “bābōy tōḍēlu” ani peddagā aravaṭaṁ, maḷḷīvāḷḷantā karralatō parigeṭṭuku rāvaṭaṁ, pilla vāḍu maḷḷī peddagā navvutū “bbē!Uttinē aricā” anaṭaṁ jarigipōyindi. “Ilā ākatāyi panulu cēstē ninnu evvaru nam'maru” aṇṭūkēkalēsi maḷḷī tama panilō nimagnamayyāru.

Kās'sēpaṭlō nijaṅgānē oka tōḍēlu vacci oka gorre pilla mīda ki dūkindi. Kurrāḍu bhayantō gaṭṭigā “nānnā! Bābōy tōḍēlu gorreni campēstōndi, raṇḍi tondaragā raṇḍi,” aṇṭū peddagā ārava sāgāḍu. “Ī ākatāyi pillaḍu maḷḷī arustunnāḍu,” ani vāṇni paṭṭin̄cukōlēdu raitu. Tōḍēlu gorre pillani nōṭakarucukuni aḍavilōki īḍcuku pōyindi. Pillāḍu oka poda pakkana kūrconi bhayantō ēḍustū kanipin̄cāḍu.

Pani mugin̄cukuni vaccina raitu koḍuku ēḍustū uṇḍaṭaṁ cūsi, “enduku ēḍustunnāvani?” Aḍigāḍu. Taṇḍrini cūḍagānē “tōḍēlu vaccindani gaṭṭigā aracinā mīrenduku rālēdu, tōḍēlu gorre pillani campi ettuku pōyindi. Nēnu bhayantō ikkaḍa kūrcuṇḍipōyā. Enduku rālēdu?” Annāḍu kōpaṅgā. Dāniki raitu “abaddālāḍē vāḍi māṭa evvaru nam'maru, paṭṭin̄cukōru,” ani ceppi ōdārci, migilina gorrelani tōlukuni iddarū iṇṭiki pōyāru.

Katha yokka nīti: Abaddālāḍēvāḷḷani evvarū viśvasin̄caru. Vāḷḷu nijaṁ ceppinā evvarū nam'maru.
