ఒక వ్యక్తి దేవునిని అడిగాడు ”నా జీవితం విలువ ఎంత” అని.
అప్పుడు దేవుడు అతనికి ఒక రాయిని ఇచ్చి “ ఈ రాయి విలువ తెలుసుకునిరా... కానీ దీనిని అమ్మకూడదు” అని చెప్పి పంపించారు.
ఆ వ్యేక్తి ఒక పండ్ల వ్యాపారి దగ్గరికి ఆ రాయిని తీసుకుని వెళ్లి ”దీని విలువ ఎంత ఉంటుంది ? అని అడిగాడు....
ఆ పండ్ల వ్యాపారి ఈ రాయికి నేను ఒక ఐదు పండ్లు ఇస్తాను, అమ్ముతావా ఏంటి అని అడిగాడు.
కానీ దేవుడు ఈ రాయి విలువను మాత్రమే తెలుసుకోమన్నారు, అమ్మమనలేదు. కనుక ఆ వ్యేక్తి ఆ పండ్ల వ్యాపారి దగ్గరినుండి వెళ్ళిపోయాడు.
తరువాత ఒక కూరగాయల వ్యాపారి దగ్గరికి ఆ రాయిని తీసుకుని వెళ్లి ”దీని విలువ ఎంత ఉంటుంది ? అని అడిగాడు....
ఆ కూరగాయల వ్యాపారి ఈ రాయికి నేను ఒక పది కేజీల కూరగాయలు ఇస్తాను, నాకు అమ్ముతావా అని అడిగాడు.
కానీ దేవుడు ఈ రాయి విలువను మాత్రమే తెలుసుకోమన్నారు, అమ్మమనలేదు. కనుక ఆ వ్యేక్తి ఆ కూరగాయల వ్యాపారి దగ్గరి నుండి కూడా వెళ్ళిపోయాడు.
తరువాత.... ఆ వ్యేక్తి ఒక బంగారు నగల వ్యాపారి దగ్గరికి ఆ రాయిని తీసుకుని వెళ్లి ”దీని విలువ ఎంత ఉంటుంది ? అని అడిగాడు.
ఆ బంగారు నగల వ్యాపారి ఈ రాయిని చూసి ఆశ్చర్యపోయి నేను ఒక 50 లక్షాలు ఇస్తాను, నాకు అమ్మవా అని అడిగాడు. ఆ రాయిని అమ్మకూడదు అని దేవుడు చెప్పారు కనుక ఆ వ్యేక్తి ఆ బంగారు నగల వ్యాపారి దగ్గరినుండి కూడా వెళ్లిపోతుంటే ఆ నగల వ్యాపారి “సరే 4 కోట్లు ఇస్తాను” అని అడిగాడు.... ఈ వ్యేక్తికి కొంచం ఆశ కలిగింది కానీ ఆ రాయిని అమ్మకూడదు అని దేవుడు ప్రత్యేకంగా చెప్పారు కనుక ఆ వ్యేక్తి అమ్మను అని చెప్పి అక్కడినుండి వెళ్ళిపోయాడు.
తరువాత.... ఆ వ్యేక్తి ఒక వజ్రాల వ్యాపారి దగ్గరికి ఆ రాయిని తీసుకుని వెళ్లి ”దీని విలువ ఎంత ఉంటుంది ? అని అడిగాడు....ఆ వ్యాపారి ఆ రాయిని పరీక్షించి “మీకు ఎక్కడిది అండి ఈ ఇంత విలువైన రాయి ? నేను నా ఆస్తిని, చివరికి నన్ను నేను అమ్ముకున్న మీ దగ్గరి నుండి ఈ సంపదను కొనటం నావల్ల కాదు అండి.... చివరికి ఈ ప్రపంచం మొత్తం అమ్మినా దీని విలువకు సరిపోదు” అని చెప్పాడు.
ఆ మాటలు వినగానే ఈ వ్యేక్తికి ఏం మాట్లాడాలో తెలియలేదు.... వెంటనే ఆ రాయిని తీసుకుని దేవుని దగ్గరికి వచ్చాడు.... అప్పుడు దేవుడు.... నీ జీవితం విలువ ఏంత అని అడిగావు కదా....
అది వారి స్థాయి.
కానీ నీ విలువ నాకు ఒక్కడికే తెలుసు.... నువ్వు నాకు వెలకట్టలేని అమూల్యమైన నిధివి.

“God… what is the value of my life?”
God smiled.
He gave the man a stone and said,
“Find out the value of this stone.
But remember — do not sell it.”
The man first went to a fruit seller. 🍎
He showed the stone and asked,
“How much is this worth?”
The fruit seller looked at it and said,
“I’ll give you five fruits for it.
Will you sell it?”
But God had only asked him to know its value,
not to sell it.
So the man walked away.

Next, he went to a vegetable seller. 🥦
He asked the same question.
The vegetable seller said,
“I’ll give you ten kilos of vegetables for this stone.”
Again, the man refused and left.
Then he went to a gold jeweler. 💍
The jeweler looked at the stone carefully and said,
“I’ll give you 50 lakhs for it.
Will you sell?”
The man started to feel tempted.
The jeweler quickly added,
“Alright… I’ll give you 4 crores.”
Still, the man remembered God’s words
and said,
“No. I can’t sell it.”
Finally, he went to a diamond merchant. 💎
The merchant examined the stone very carefully.
Then he said softly,
“Sir… where did you get this stone from?
This stone is priceless.
Even if I sell all my property…
even if I sell myself…
I still cannot afford this stone.
Not even the whole world is enough to match its value.”
Hearing this, the man was speechless.
He immediately took the stone
and went back to God.
God said:
“You asked me the value of your life.
When you showed the stone to the fruit seller,
the vegetable seller,
and the gold jeweler —
